The Challenge

Since the firm’s inception, the size of the staff has grown significantly. As LTFL continues adding horses to its stable, its partners want to ensure it remains a tight-knit community.

The Research

Right away, we wanted to identify what made the original team click. Through conversations, it became clear that the firm’s chemistry is cemented through those in-between moments – the small talk before a meeting begins or during the walk-over to a client’s building, the popping into each other’s offices with a quick question. 

That’s where they truly begin to appreciate one another and the access to the firm’s collective expertise. All it takes is those interactions to break the ice. So if those interactions are where the bond is formed, how do we help a new hire break the ice with their hundreds of new co-workers?

The Project

Through camera and conversation, we met each new employee at their go-to spot(s) to spend time outside of the office and produced a segment highlighting their legal arsenal, professional journey, and who they are beyond being a new name in the firm directory.

Each one was shared internally with the entire staff as a way to welcome the latest addition to the team, along with their contact info and more facts about them.
